Ilutitun mini-Marathon :Samuel Felix emerges champion again as Sowore participates

Samuel Felix has successfully defended his title as the champion of the annual Ilutitun mini-Marathon.

Felix ran 12:19s to emerge winner while the duo of Akindoyo Israel and Moyebi Ayodeji ran 12:25s and 12:45s to emerge as second and third respectively.


At the Female Category, Samuel Glory ran 15:27s to defeat defending champion Ogedengbe Seyi who ran 15:59s while Akinmameji Opeyemi-16:38s to finish third.Africa Action Congress Omoyele Sowore ran 19:10s.

While expressing his joy Samuel Felix thanked God almighty for giving the grace him to defend his title”

In his remarks, Omoyele Sowore urged people to engage actively in Sports.

The winners were rewarded with mouthwatering cash prizes

Mr Ojuri Alaba gave the two winners #10,000 each.
